Slipping poem

I am slipping
I'm losing my balance
Hanging on by a thread  

I'll keep fighting
To try and hold on
I won't stay much longer

Desperately try
But I lose my grip
As I part from the world

I am falling
Somewhat languidly
And yet very quickly

The ground below
Slowly gets closer
Wind rushes through my hair

Squeeze my eyes shut
And wait for the smash
All because you let go.
